2. Data we process

When you submit an enquiry, we process the name or company name, contact details, route, cargo information and any additional information you provide. Technical server logs may contain an IP address, request time and browser information. To protect the form against misuse, the IP address is attached to the enquiry email, and a one-way hash of it is stored temporarily on the server to limit the number of submissions; this record is deleted after about 10 minutes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use enquiry data to assess your requested transport, prepare a quotation and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in protecting and operating the website. Website analytics is based solely on your consent.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by providers that operate our hosting, server or email services. We disclose cargo and contact information to transport partners only where necessary to assess or fulfil the requested service and in accordance with applicable law. If you allow analytics, data is processed by Google Ireland Limited; Google may transfer it to the USA, where the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The enquiry form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. When you use the form, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics to tell people from automated bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and our mailbox from abuse. Cloudflare may process the data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for the time needed to respond and handle the business relationship, and afterwards only for periods required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office.

7. Cookies

The website stores your cookie preference in local browser storage for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions; their standard lifetime may be up to two years. Analytics collects pseudonymous data such as a shortened IP address, device and browser information and the pages you visit. It is disabled by default and does not load until you consent. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings.
